"Afternoon Tea Rose" Pink-Orange Sapphire (Padparadscha) / 1.062ct / Rough Cushion / Madagascar

This pink-orange padparadscha sapphire has a soft aura, like the fragrant steam wafting from warm rose tea on a lazy afternoon.

This 1.062ct stone was classified as a "Padparadscha Sapphire" by the Japan Gemological Association (JGA). Its color, which lies between pink and orange, changes depending on the light source, revealing a new look every time you look at it.

The pink and orange are mixed in a ratio of about 4:6, and blend very well with the skin.

When placed on the skin, the stone glows as if a soft light is dwelling deep within, and a glow that is almost eye-opening emerges.

*I have been told that this is an unheated sapphire, but it has not been identified.

*There is a crack on the pavilion and a black spot on the crown (a chip caused by an inclusion), and the cut is not perfect. However, this unique, deep, and bright brilliance makes it stand out from other sapphires.
